Information you send us

When you submit an RFQ or contact request, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, business email, country or region, product category of interest, estimated purchase quantity, project type, preferred model, your message, and your preferred contact channel. If you contact us by email or request WhatsApp contact, we also process that correspondence.

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotations, and communicate about a potential or ongoing business relationship. We do not sell it or use it for third-party advertising.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set tracking cookies. We measure site usage with Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that works without cookies, does not build visitor profiles, and does not track you across other websites. The statistics we see are aggregated and anonymous.

To understand which campaigns bring visitors to us, we keep standard UTM parameters from the page address in your browser's session storage. This data never identifies you personally and is deleted automatically when you close the browser tab.

Service providers

Inquiry emails are delivered and archived through Resend, our email delivery provider, and this website is hosted on Vercel. Both process data on our behalf solely to operate this website and our inquiry workflow.

Data retention

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to handle your request and support an ongoing business relationship. You can ask us to delete your records at any time.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have sent us. Email sales@aimeitrimmer.com and we will respond promptly.
